The City of Minden unveiled its new logo and positioning statement for its future growth as a progressing and aspiring city.
The new logo is a simple, confident identity that is a reflection of what Minden represents.  The new logo was unveiled on Tuesday, July 6 when new street banners were put up along Colorado Street and 5th Street showcasing the entries into the downtown square.  The new logo was also unveiled in the new “Minden” sign at the intersection of Colorado St. and Highways 6 & 34.
“Our new identity is uniquely dynamic.  The City of Minden has a clear strategy that we are passionate about and we plan on standing behind the logo as we take Minden into the next decade,” said Lisa Karnatz, Minden Economic Development Director.
The City of Minden partnered with David and Associates, a Hastings advertising agency, to develop a logo and positioning statement that speaks to the city’s future.
“Historically our presentation to outsiders has been limited as to what the City of Minden offers,” said Brent Lewis, Minden City Administrator.  “The new logo is more representative of the City’s ambitious vision for the future.”
