Minden Opera House is featuring An Evening with Laynee Dell Woodward December 9 at 7:30 p.m. The musical performance of a Minden native is presented by Minden Exchange Bank.
Laynee began singing and performing at a young age and grew her love of music into a career. From her first public performance as a munchkin in the Minden Community Players production of the Wizard of Oz, she has gone on to perform larger roles in operas including Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, The Queen of The Night in Die Zauberflöte, and Birdie in Regina.
“It’s great to be performing where it all got started,” Woodward said.
