Arrests Made In Theft Of Property Valued At Half A Million Dollars Print

Two men were arrested in connection with alleged burglary and theft of property totaling nearly a half a million dollars from Plains Produce tomato plant east of Minden.
Patrick A. Sardeson, age 52, of Hastings, and Jason S. Edgins, age 29, of Blair, were arrested on July 7 by Buffalo County law enforcement for possession of stolen property following notification by a Minden Police Department officer of suspicious activity.
Sardeson and Edgins were arraigned in Kearney County Court on Thursday, July 29.
Patrick Sardeson was charged with three felony counts, Burglary, Theft by unlawful taking and Habitual Criminal.  Jason Edgins was charged with two felony counts, Burglary and Theft by unlawful taking.
