The Minden Whippets girls golf team is showing signs of improvement more than halfway through the season.
Minden competed on Thursday in the nine-team Holdrege Invitational held at the Holdrege Country Club.
Minden placed seventh as a team shooting a 437. Broken Bow won the meet with a 390 followed by Aurora at 391 and Holdrege 397.
