New specialty outpatient clinic services have been added to the list currently available at Kearney County Health Services. A Psychiatry Clinic with Suzanne Gregg, APRN will be available the first Monday of each month. An Oncology Clinic with Dr. Shamila Garg will be on site every first and third Tuesday of the month beginning in March. And Cataract Surgeries with Dr. Thomas Clinch will become available starting February 20.
“These services were pursued to expand on the local services we can offer Minden and the surrounding communities,” KCHS CEO Luke Poore explained. “Within our strategic plan and mission for KCHS, we strive for the best in terms of quality but also convenient and personalized care for the patients we serve.”
The new services will accompany a number of specialty clinics already available at KCHS as well as the attached Minden Medical Clinic that provides Primary Care services. Available on a monthly or bi-monthly rotation there are now four Cardiologist Clinics, two Orthopedic Clinics, one Pulmonologist Clinic, one General Surgeon Clinic, one Podiatrist Clinic, and one Gynecologist/Obstetrician Clinic.
